Abstract
The advancement of technology has driven markets to shift online, prompting sectors like education and agriculture to adapt accordingly. Agricultural education content, in particular, is now thriving on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, aligning with the momentum of the green movement. This paper examines the broader and immediate factors influencing the expansion of accessible, high-quality education and offers strategies for businesses and startups to strengthen their market presence. Environmental analysis was conducted through a literature review, pseudo-quantitative methods, including Internal and External Factor Evaluation, and analysis using Porter’s Five Forces Model. Strategic recommendations were developed using an integrated approach involving the I-E Matrix, SWOT analysis, Grand Strategy Matrix, and Quantitative Strategy Planning (QSP) Matrix. The findings indicate that while competition in this field is relatively weak, significant opportunities exist. The QSP Matrix suggests that companies can enhance their market position and differentiation by focusing on internal strengths, such as forming partnerships with educational institutions and targeting niches with specialized content. As society becomes increasingly online-focused, leveraging social media channels will be essential. Utilizing platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook offers the potential to transform the agricultural industry, reignite youth interest, and open avenues for growth and innovation.
